Emeca SPE USA, found in 2008, manufactures steel pile splices for concrete piles. The Emeca splices allow splicing a full-length concrete pile in two or more segments which are easier, safer and more cost-efficient to ship and handle on the road and on the job site. Splices are permanently locked together with our patented locking parts and secured with locking pins. The installation process on the field takes approx. 3 minutes and the crew is ready to continue driving. Emeca has manufactured over 34,000 splices for various job sites across the country including NASA, Department of Transportations, hospitals and other civil engineering projects. These joints conform to the requirements of the International Building Code (IBC) and have also just got the Florida DOT certificate. Our joints are all manufactured in USA in our automated, state of the art facility located in Laurel, Delaware.

Emeca splices can help you save valuable time and money. Emeca splices can be transported with just one truck, no complicated special transportation needed. Also logistics on the jobsite is easier and safer when working with shorter piles. When working with splices and purpose-build pile driving rigs, you would only need a crew of 2 people: 1 operator and 1 ground person. Smaller crews increase safety but also save money. Also in most areas of US, concrete is less expensive than steel, thus saving you money on piling materials.
New splice is prepared, secured and locked in place in just 3 minutes with Emeca splices.
Our patented locking mechanisms ensure a reliable connection at the location of the splice. The splice is locked at all corners by steel pins that draw it into pre-compression. Connection is so strong that you can easily and reliably drive even accurate angled battered piles.
Use of Emeca splices will help save time and money. Installation of Emeca splices do not require welding, therefore logistics and on-site setup is much more efficient. Lower cost on the piling material could add up to tens of thousands of dollars or more on each project.
