BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced, motivated production manager for our small but efficient team to plan the production and oversee that the splices are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standards. You would be the right-hand man or woman for the plant manager working with him to ensure the production is working efficiently. As you gain more understanding of our products and production processes, we are expecting you to take more individual responsibilities.

JOB DUTIES AND TASKS

1. Participate on daily production operations with the CNC-operators while ensuring the proper operation of the equipment including troubleshooting for the industrial robots

2. CNC machining and production development

3. Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products

4. Involved in strategic planning/budgeting of the expenses and production investment planning

5. Quality control

6. Report to Plant manager

 

SKILLS

The employee needs to be reliable, responsible, organized and precise hard worker with attention to details and who can work independently. Good communication skills.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant assignment

3+ years experience of manufacturing

2+ years experience of CNC-robotics and programming

2+ years experience of management
